Lucy Watts

Lucy Watts has extensive work experience in the flex workspace industry. Lucy has been with The Instant Group since 2018, starting as a Senior Director of Strategic Projects and later transitioning to the role of Executive Director for Operator & Landlord Solutions. In their current position as Executive Director, they collaborate with clients globally, driving performance and supporting growth and investment strategies. Prior to joining The Instant Group, Lucy worked at Instant, where they held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Broking and Head of Global Sales. Their expertise in sales and broking has contributed to their success in the industry.

Lucy Watts studied at the University of Leeds from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French & Spanish.
