Deborah Martin

Deborah Martin is a Senior Policy Associate at The Institute for College Access & Success, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Deborah served as Policy Manager and Policy Analyst at the Florida College Access Network from August 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Legislative Aide, District Executive Secretary, and Legislative Intern at The Florida Senate from August 2019 to August 2021. Deborah holds dual degrees from the University of South Florida: a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both earned between 2016 and 2019.
