Carol Bouton

As the Institute’s vice president of business development, Carol Bouton is responsible for the negotiation, execution, and delivery of managed care contracts as well as the oversight of the Institute’s billing operations. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining reporting systems to measure and track payor utilization and financial performance.

Ms. Bouton has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive in the areas of corporate development, business operations, corporate contracting, and ambulatory care administration. Throughout her career, she has worked within a variety of areas defining and determining strategic plans that integrate clinical, academic, financial, and facilities planning. Her most recent focus has been in managed care contracting and business development.
