Juan Ramirez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services and legal support. Currently serving as the Pharmacy Coordinator and Single Stop Case Manager at The Institute for the Family Health since November 2011, Juan Ramirez screens low and moderate-income individuals for public insurance and facilitates applications for medication assistance. Previously, Juan Ramirez worked as a Case Manager for the University Settlement Society of New York, assisting households at risk of eviction. Early career roles include practicing as a Lawyer focused on civil and commercial litigation, functioning as a Court Officer for the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic, and serving as an Office Clerk and Case Assistance representative for the Department of Health and Social Services in the Dominican Republic. Juan Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo, completed between 1999 and 2004.
