Allison Bloom

Allison Bloom is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at The Institute for Functional Medicine since December 2019, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, including Manager and Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the integration of The Pediatric Connection into the organization. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Richmond and as a Recruitment Ambassador at Virginia Tech, where significant achievements in recruitment were noted. Allison holds a B.S. in Human Development with a focus on Medicine and Society from Virginia Tech, and has additional educational qualifications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
