Gary Watson

Gary Watson currently serves as the Head of Talent at The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Gary held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Agilisys from September 2011 to December 2022, where talent acquisition efforts supported one of the UK's most innovative businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting - EMEA at Gartner from April 2007 to September 2011, overseeing EMEA recruitment for the company. Gary's career began in recruitment with roles including Senior Consultant at RP International, UK Delivery Manager at Michael Bailey Associates, and Team Leader at Lorien. Gary holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Computer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed from 1988 to 1992.
