Hope E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY) between 1993 and 1998. Hope then pursued a Master's degree in HR Management from the University of Maryland from 2003 to 2008. During their time at the University of Maryland, they also earned two Graduate Certificates, one in HR Management (2003-2004) and another in Leadership & Management (2004-2005).
