Hope Eder

Hope E. currently serves as Chief People Officer at The Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics, Inc., where leadership in human resources is provided since January 2023. Previously, Hope held the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson, from October 2018 to January 2023, contributing strategic HR leadership and performance management. With extensive experience across various organizations such as the Department for Persons with Disabilities and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hope has consistently focused on enhancing HR frameworks, labor relations, recruitment processes, and organizational structures. Hope holds a Master’s degree in HR Management, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Management, a Graduate Certificate in HR Management from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College.
