Joseph Odongo is a dedicated civil engineering student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Makerere University, set to graduate in January 2025. As the Regional Vice-Leader for Africa at the UNESCO Ecohydrology Youth Network, Joseph amplifies youth-led ecohydrology initiatives, fosters strategic partnerships, and facilitates knowledge exchange. Joseph also contributes to various professional organizations, including the British Dam Society, the Institution of Civil Engineers, and the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers as a student member. Additionally, Joseph holds the role of Junior Innovator at Edu App, focusing on sustainable learning for young children, and has experience as a Junior Writer at Civil Engineers World. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairperson of the Makerere Engineering Society and coordinating admissions for the Millennium Campus Network's Global Admissions Committee.
