Peter Cvelich is a seasoned real estate investment and development professional with extensive experience in managing projects focused on affordable and workforce housing, as well as mixed-use initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Integral Group since March 2021, Peter oversees due diligence and investment underwriting. As a co-founder of Provident1898, Peter fosters a coworking community centered on equitable practices and local ownership. Previous roles include Project Manager at NSV Development, where Peter led significant renovations of historic buildings in Durham, and Owner/Manager at Reaching Roots Development, focusing on urban infill projects. Peter's earlier career includes positions at the Development Finance Initiative and roles in community revitalization, contributing to various facets of real estate finance and urban planning. Peter holds an MBA in Real Estate and a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and International Studies.
