Mike Mershimer

Mike Mershimer is a seasoned professional in the fields of business management, compliance, and loss prevention, with an extensive career spanning over two decades. As the Founder of Mershimer Group, LLC since February 2003, Mike has also taken on multiple leadership roles, including Partner at The Integritus Group, Confero, and Revenue & Royalty Compliance, Inc. since 2023, and serves as an Executive Board Member and Membership Committee Chair for MSPA Americas. Previously, Mike held the positions of President at IntelliShop and HS Brands International, and Vice President of Royalty Assurance at Quiznos. A graduate of PennWest Edinboro with a BS in Criminal Justice, Mike's expertise encompasses a wide range of operational and strategic functions aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
