Thomas Whittaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content design, program management, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Content Design Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Program Analyst at The Intelligence and Security Academy, LLC since March 2021, Thomas previously held key roles in the United States Army as a Psychological Operations Team Leader from June 2015 to June 2021. Additional experience includes directing strategy and communications at Guardian Defense Group Inc. and research administrative operations at RAND Corporation. Thomas has also contributed as a proposal writer, special investigator, and intern, alongside an academic background as a Professor Assistant in the Chinese Language Department at Grove City College. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in National Security from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Grove City College.
