Stacy Williams

Stacy Williams is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at The InterMed Group since October 2024, Stacy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CPBS Holdings, LLC from September 2022 to February 2024, where oversight was provided for a portfolio of five companies serving histology and pathology laboratories. Prior to that, Stacy was Chief Operating Officer at Vault Health and held multiple executive roles at FSSolutions, including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance, from September 2014 to March 2022. Stacy began a career in accounting at Wouch Maloney & Co., LLP, specializing in financial statement preparation and audits from June 2006 to November 2009. Stacy earned a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University in January 2006.
