Shatha Badawi Sphri

Shatha Badawi SPHRi, CInP, CInS, CDTP, AInA serves as the Head of Human Resources at The International Academy since August 2023, while also holding the role of Innovation & HR Consultant at AInI since January 2018. With a robust background in human resources and innovation, Shatha has facilitated numerous initiatives, including innovation maturity assessments and executive coaching. Previous experience includes directorships at Prepzo and LEAD, where notable achievements included the placement of over 450 employees and significant improvements in diversity and inclusion. Shatha is also recognized for contributions in academia as a lecturer and has a diverse educational background, holding several advanced degrees and certifications in human resources, innovation, and corporate etiquette.
