Serena Fu

Serena Fu is a Finance Leadership Development Program Associate Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to corporate financial technology solutions and commercial finance since July 2022. Serena has a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, demonstrated through collaborations with various teams to enhance decision-making processes and drive business insights. In addition to the role at Johnson & Johnson, Serena serves as the Director of Social Content for the USC Chapter of the American Marketing Association, is the VP of Communications for Phi Gamma Nu, and has held leadership positions in Ascend, the International Consulting Club, and other organizations at USC. Serena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business and a degree from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering in Information Technology with a focus on Applied Analytics.
