David Ghonghadze

David Ghonghadze has extensive experience in electoral systems and legal processes, currently serving as Deputy Country Director at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since March 2010. Prior to this role, David held various positions within the organization, including Program Manager and Political Process/Election Law Officer. David's career also includes serving as a Senior Legal Specialist at the Central Election Commission of Georgia from March 2008 to March 2010. David holds a Master's degree in Law from Georgian Technical University, obtained between 1999 and 2004, and has a foundational education from the Lyceum of Natural Sciences.
