Erica Shein has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Erica currently holds the position of Managing Director, Center for Applied Research and Learning at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), a role they assumed in September 2022. During their time at SAIS, Erica studied International Affairs, International Law, and International Economics.
