Jacob Buchholz

Jacob Buchholz has extensive experience in program management and electoral systems, currently serving as a Program Manager at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems since July 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating project management for significant USAID-funded initiatives in Haiti and managing communications with partner organizations. Previously, Jacob held various positions within the same organization, including Program Associate and Intern. Additionally, experience includes working as an English Language Assistant in France, organizing voter outreach as an Organizing Intern for the Democratic Party of Virginia, managing a team as a Democracy Summer Intern for Jamie Raskin for Congress, and performing administrative duties as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Chris Van Hollen. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and International Affairs and French from Wake Forest University.
