Lamin Lighe serves as the Senior Elections Advisor for Africa at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since November 2019, bringing extensive experience in electoral management. Prior roles include Executive Director at the National Elections Commission of the Republic of Liberia from September 2013 to November 2019, and various positions at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, including Elections Advisor and Elections & Voter Registration Consultant. Lamin Lighe's consultancy work extends to UNDP in South Sudan and Afghanistan. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Liberia and an Advanced Diploma in Effective Electoral Assistance from the Institute for International Political Studies in Milan, Italy, alongside a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Liberia.
