Juliano P. has extensive experience in the legal field, starting with their role as a Trainee at the Federal Court of São Paulo/Santo André in 2000. Juliano then worked as a Trainee at Pires de Oliveira Dias & Cipullo Associate Attorneys in 2001 and at Mauá Institute of Technology in 2002. In 2003, they became a Lawyer at Ferraz Veras Associate Attorneys.

In 2005, Juliano joined Casas Bahia as a Legal Manager in the Civil Litigation Department, where they coordinated and trained a team of nine Lawyers and several support employees. Juliano held this position until 2011 when they became the Transition Advisor and Legal Manager of Civil and Labor Areas at Grupo CB Capital Brasileiro. In this role, they were responsible for managing the transition from the extinct civil and labor areas of Casa Bahia Commercial Ltda. to the holding company responsible for the conglomerate's management.

After leaving Grupo CB Capital Brasileiro in 2013, Juliano joined Afonso Advogados Associados as the Head of the Civil Mass Litigation Department. Juliano was responsible for restructuring and professionalizing the Civil area Mass Litigation, as well as coordinating and training a team of Lawyers and trainees.

In 2016, Juliano moved to CPR Institute as the Head of the Civil Mass Litigation Department, where they continued their work in restructuring and professionalizing the Civil area Mass Litigation. Juliano also developed standards and work routines for the department.

Juliano's most recent role was at HP, where they served as the Latin America and Canada Litigation Manager and Head of the anti-counterfeiting program across America. Juliano was responsible for managing all civil and labor lawsuits in Latin America and Canada, as well as overseeing the legal work of the anti-counterfeiting program across the Americas.

In addition to their legal experience, Juliano also pursued their passion for Judo and worked as a Judo Sensei at Associação de Judô Sensei Suga starting in 2018.

Juliano P. has a solid education background. In 1998, they started their undergraduate studies at Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo, where they obtained a degree in Law in 2003. Later, in 2005, Juliano pursued further education at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completing a Post Graduate program in Civil Procedure Law in 2006.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Juliano also holds a certification in Explorer from HP, which was obtained in October 2020.
