Srikant Parth, Dr IBC Amicus, is a highly experienced Senior Managing Partner at Chakra Legal, specializing in commercial arbitration with a focus on complex shareholder and tax disputes, as well as corporate and international tax advice for Forbes 500 clients. Additional roles include serving as a Door Tenant at Holborn Chambers, an Expert for the European Commission, and a Visiting Professor at NALSAR University of Law, where Srikant teaches Advanced Arbitration.
