Rosemary Townley

Rosemary Townley is a seasoned arbitrator with extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently serving as an arbitrator at Townley ADR, PC and a Public Member of the New York State Public Employment Relations Board since July 2021. Townley has also been a member of the FINRA Public Arbitration Roster and an Alternate Dispute Resolution contributor for Super Lawyers since 2017. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Distinguished Neutral in Sports Law at the CPR Institute, Townley is recognized for their expertise in arbitration and mediation. Townley's previous roles include serving as a Contract Arbitrator for the NFL Players Association and teaching Contracts and Client Counseling at St. John's University School of Law. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from Columbia Law School, and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.
