Ruth V. Glick possesses extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, currently serving as a Board Member of California Arbitration since 2022, and as a Member of the AAA/ICDR Council since September 2019. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Glick has contributed significantly to the field, while also founding Women in Dispute Resolution (WIDR) in January 2011 to enhance the participation of women in the profession. Glick holds certifications as a mediator from the International Mediation Institute and has been active as an arbitrator and mediator with several prestigious organizations, including the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution and the College of Commercial Arbitrators. An eminent figure in the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, Glick previously served as Chair, overseeing 18,000 members. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.
