Isaac Kfir is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy, policy, and international relations, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Strategy & Insights and a Senior Policy Officer at the Department of Regional NSW since November 2022, focusing on economic recovery and disaster management. Kfir is also a Board of Advisors member at the International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law since July 2019 and has held positions such as Research Fellow at the Institute for Economics & Peace and Senior Advisor at CMAX Advisory. Additionally, Kfir has an extensive academic background, including roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Charles Sturt University and Associate Professor of International Relations at Tokyo International University, along with visiting fellowships at Syracuse University. Kfir’s research and teaching cover a wide range of topics, including international security, counterterrorism, and the rule of law, supported by a rich educational foundation, including a PhD from the London School of Economics.
