Dr Paul Aldrich, FCIPD, FHEA is a Partner at Pemberton Asset Management, leading the People, Performance, and Marketing departments. Dr Paul is an Associate Professor at the University of Roehampton and a Senior Lecturer at Durham University Business School. Dr Aldrich is also involved in advisory roles, consulting, coaching, and research programs at various institutions and organizations. Dr Paul holds multiple degrees in coaching, behavioral change, theology, business studies, and management, showcasing their expertise in talent management, leadership, and organizational development.
