Jermaine Nooks

Jermaine Nooks serves as the Investment Operations Policy Lead at The Investment Association since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jermaine held various positions at EdenTree Investment Management from November 2017 to May 2025, including Senior Investment Operations Analyst, Investment Operations Specialist, and Investment Operations Analyst. Jermaine's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Fund Analyst at Northern Trust Asset Management from October 2015 to November 2017, focusing on fund analysis and NAV production, and as a Senior Fund Administrator at BNY Mellon from April 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included client relationship management and KPI reporting. Additionally, Jermaine began as an Investment Fund Administrator at BNY Mellon, overseeing fund pricing, distribution, and client issue resolution. Jermaine earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2004 and 2007, specializing in Computer Programming and Technical Mathematics.
