Amy Augspurger

Amy Augspurger, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amy began their career in 2002 as an Actuarial Intern at CUNA Mutual Group. Following that, they worked as a Hospital Manager (HR Generalist) at Jordan Creek Animal Hospital from 2003 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Recruiter and then moved to American Family Insurance as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Since 2015, Amy has been working at The Iowa Clinic, progressing through various roles. Amy started as a Provider Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist, then became a Senior Provider Recruitment Specialist and Senior Provider Recruitment Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Provider Recruitment. This extensive experience in provider recruitment showcases their expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing for healthcare professionals.

Amy Augspurger, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Wartburg College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Prior to their college education, they attended Waverly-Shell Rock High School and received a diploma between 1995 and 1999.
