From 2012 to 2016, they were a Claims Adjuster and Claims Processor at HomeFirst Agency, Inc. In 2016, they became a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker. In 2017, they were an REO Manager at Apex Bank. In 2018, they became a Business Development Representative at SalesIntel.io. In 2019, they were a Network Operations Center Technician at Global Linking Solutions, Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2020, they were a Help Desk Technician at SAIC and a Support Engineer II at RCN Technologies. Currently, they are a ROC Engineer at The IT Company LLC.

Kevin Flores is currently enrolled in Pellissippi State Community College, where they are pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Networking.
