Jeff Bilyk

Jeff Bilyk has been working in the IT field since 2007. Jeff has experience as a Network Administrator at Watchtower, where Jeff designed decentralized SIP systems, and as a Senior Systems Analyst at The IT Department, where Jeff handled network design, VoIP platforms, server administration, and more. Currently, at The IT Department, Jeff serves as the NOC and Project team manager, overseeing project and managed services onboarding, as well as managing the NOC team and internal IT automation stack. Jeff graduated from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2006 with a degree in Computer Systems Technician.
