Randilyn Ladig

Randilyn Ladig has a diverse and extensive background in compliance consulting and management. Randilyn is currently working as Senior Vice President of Compliance at Envolve LLC since February 2019 and prior to that, held the same position at The ITEX Group since January 2019. Randilyn also owns their own consulting firm, Randilyn Ladig Consulting, which specializes in providing compliance oversight for affordable housing projects. Randilyn has experience in various affordable housing programs and has expertise in tax credits, HOME, BOND, CDBG, HOPWA, TIRZ, HAP, and Rural Development programs. In addition, Randilyn has worked as a Compliance Auditor at UAH Property Management LP and as a Compliance Manager at Carroll Management, overseeing compliance operations for multiple affordable communities. Randilyn has also worked as a Compliance Consultant at National Urban Construction and as an Administrative Compliance Coordinator at the City of Houston. Earlier in their career, Randilyn served as the Compliance Director at Wilmic Ventures.
