Sushmita Deb

Sushmita Deb is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at The Ivy Global School since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing a K12 day school and supervising educational staff. Previously, Sushmita held the position of Residential Principal at MMSCHOOL from March 2020 to February 2022, focusing on hybrid interactive learning methodologies. Sushmita also founded Velammal New Gen School, leveraging innovative pedagogies, and has served as Senior Principal at NGIPS and NIIPU College, overseeing academic and administrative policies. Initial roles included Residential Principal at Central Malwa Academy and Gyan Ganga Education Management, alongside teaching positions that fostered English literacy.
