The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation
Aoife Browne is currently a Postgraduate Student at University College Cork. Prior to this, Aoife worked as a Paediatric Nurse at The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation, and as a Staff Nurse at both Mater Private Network and Temple Street Children’s University Hospital. Aoife also gained experience as a Healthcare Assistant at Nurse on Call Ireland and Beaumont residential care. Aoife holds a degree in Children's and General Nursing from Dublin City University, as well as a Pre-Nursing Studies degree from College of Commerce Cork.
The Jack and Jill Children's Foundation
The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is a nationwide charity that funds and provides in-home nursing care and respite support for children with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay, up to the age of 6. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of our service is end-of-life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis. RCN - 2003621
