Meghan'sresponsibilities included executive search, professional recruiting, and temporary staffing in the insurance industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Researcher, Senior Researcher, and Researcher at the same company.

Before joining The Jacobson Group, Sylvester served as an Admissions Representative at DeVry University from August 2014 to September 2015. Meghan also worked as an Admissions Advisor at Colorado Technical University from January 2013 to July 2014.
