Henry Osborne

Henry Osborne currently serves as the Acting Manager and holds positions as Senior Technical Product Manager and Technical Product Manager at The Jamaica National Group since July 2021. Osborne is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Northern Caribbean University and University College of The Caribbean since early 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director at Think Tank eSolutions, Technical Services Manager at Contax360 BPO Solutions, and Instructor at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at Northern Caribbean University. Notable accomplishments include mentoring award-winning teams, coordinating impactful academic programs, and a strong background in technical instruction covering various programming languages and IT subjects. Henry Osborne earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Northern Caribbean University, complemented by a diploma in Applied Computer Science.
