Marianne Nicoletti

Marianne Nicoletti has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Marianne has held various roles at Oswald Companies, starting as a Client Service Administrator in 2001 and progressing to become a Vice President, Training & Partner Experience Leader in 2023. Throughout their tenure, Marianne has demonstrated leadership skills and a focus on client satisfaction, achieving high client retention rates. Marianne has also played a key role in enhancing employee education platforms and developing growth opportunities for team members. Prior to Oswald Companies, Marianne worked as a Client Manager at PRS Benefits Services and Optimum Choice of the Carolinas.

Marianne Nicoletti attended Kent State University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Political Science.
