Austin Heikens

Austin Heikens has six years of professional experience in graphic design. From 2020 to present, they have been the Lead Graphic Designer at The James Brand. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Freelance Graphic Designer. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Production Technician & Graphic Designer at Academic Technologies Presentation Graphics Lab, where they produced a wide range of printed formats from posters to fine art reproductions, trained staff on materials, programs, equipment, organization, and production, and designed posters, banners, flyers, and brochures to meet any clients needs. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Production Assistant & Graphic Designer at Dragon Graphics, where they designed and produced a wide range of printed graphics for local businesses, operated printers, and maintained a constant workflow.

Austin Heikens attended California State University, Chico from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a Pathway Minor in Sustainability.
