Impact Assessment And Learning Officer at The James Irvine Foundation

Elizabeth Rocha, MPH, currently serves as the Impact Assessment and Learning Officer at The James Irvine Foundation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was involved with The California Endowment as a Learning and Evaluation Analyst and Learning and Evaluation Program Associate from August 2018 to February 2022, where evaluations focused on strategic investments related to the Affordable Care Act and prevention-oriented learning priorities. Previous experience includes evaluating community health programs at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, coordinating leadership development programs at UCSF’s Healthforce Center, and supporting marketing efforts at Quinn Emanuel. Elizabeth also contributed to public health research at UCLA School of Medicine. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Health from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, with a minor in Global Poverty & Practice.
