Deputy Director Of Impact, Learning And Assessment at The James Irvine Foundation

Jennifer Ho has a strong background in impact evaluation and learning. Jennifer is currently working as the Deputy Director of Impact, Learning, and Assessment at The James Irvine Foundation since February 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, including Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer from August 2017 to January 2022. Jennifer also served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they led evaluations in early childhood education and conducted research in evaluation procedures. Jennifer was also a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Diversity Consortium Coordination and Evaluation Center (CEC). Jennifer's experience also includes working as a Research Consultant at United Way of Greater Los Angeles and as a Graduate Researcher at the Center for Healthier Children, Families, and Communities. Jennifer has also served as a Research Specialist at School-to-School International and an Education Pioneers Fellow at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.

Jennifer Ho completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Boston University from 1998 to 2002. Jennifer then pursued their Master of Education (MEd) in International Educational Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, studying from 2004 to 2005. Jennifer's educational journey continued at UCLA, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Research Methodology - Evaluation from 2011 to 2016.
