Susan Cooper is an accomplished Group HR Director at The Jamie Oliver Group since November 2016, and also serves as a consultant for Jamie Oliver Ltd. As the Director of Susan Cooper Consultancy Ltd since January 2015, Susan has worked with various prominent clients, including ASOS and House of Fraser, focusing on organizational change and strategic planning. Previous experience includes serving as the Operations and HR Director at Whistles from 2008 to 2014, and holding the position of Director of Human Resources at Topshop Topman from 2003 to 2008, overseeing HR for approximately 15,000 employees. Earlier roles at Arcadia Group Ltd involved serving as the Director of Retail HR and Training and Deputy Retail Director. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Strathclyde and is a fellow of the CIPD, with additional qualifications in executive coaching.
