Gene Palow Jr has extensive experience in quality assurance, management, and event planning. Currently serving as the Training and Continuous Improvement Manager and formerly the Quality and Compliance Manager at The Jay Group since May 2016, Gene has been instrumental in developing and maintaining quality audit programs and ensuring adherence to regulatory and client requirements. As the Contact Center Manager, Gene oversaw all operational activities within the Contact Center. Additionally, Gene owns Gene Palow Events, providing event planning services. Previous roles include Contact Center Supervisor at The Jay Group, Wait Staff and Manager on call at Dreamz Café, Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries at Ashland Church, and Service Clerk at Verizon, where Gene received the Spirit of Excellence Award.
