Fabio Salvatore is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Jefferson in Washington, DC since November 2021, Fabio has previously held notable positions including Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill and Executive Chef Partner at Sette Osteria.
