Magdalena Zalejska, MBA, is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a strong background in overseeing operations at prestigious hotels in Washington, D.C. Currently serving at The Jefferson since June 2023, Zalejska previously managed multi-outlet operations at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Trump International Hotel, achieving significant increases in guest satisfaction and revenue. With a career spanning various leading roles in hospitality, including positions at Cambria Hotel, Marriott Hotels, Fairmont, and DoubleTree by Hilton, Zalejska has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, staff development, operational efficiency, and guest service excellence.
