Sam Friedman is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer for Shalom Orlando, The Roth Family Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando since June 2022, Sam has consistently exceeded annual campaign, corporate sponsorship, grant, and endowment goals while managing a significant merger of development efforts. Previously, as Director of Hillel at Stetson University, Sam successfully secured multiple significant gifts and managed an endowment fund, and while at Central Florida Hillel, developed strategies that significantly increased engagement. Earlier roles include positions at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where Sam managed substantial funding allocations and communications strategies. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Florida State University and two MBAs from Stetson University.
