Lisa Alter Krule is an experienced nonprofit leader with a strong background in community engagement and program development in the Jewish community. Currently serving as the IsraelNow, Chicago Director at the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago since September 2019, Lisa has previously held notable positions such as Chicago Director at Moving Traditions and Concierge at Big Tent Judaism. With a long history at the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Lisa oversaw various youth and young adult initiatives and implemented impactful programs that engaged multiple stakeholders across North America. Lisa holds a Nonprofit Management Certification from Northwestern University and an Associate’s Degree from Oakton College.
