Matt Shim

Matt Shim is a seasoned finance executive with a robust background in operational finance and tax compliance. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance at The Jim Henson Company since March 2024, Matt previously held the same title at AGC Studios from November 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes critical roles such as Senior Vice President of Finance at 14TH ROUND, INC. and Endemol Shine North America, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing corporate and production finance and tax departments. Earlier positions at Ascent Media and KPMG involved expertise in sales and use tax alongside corporate tax compliance. Matt holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA, completed in 1999.
