Michael Silversher

Michael Silversher is an accomplished composer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Since 2008, Michael has held the position of composer for the Kennedy Center, notably creating music for "Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical." Since 1998, Michael has worked with The Jim Henson Company as a composer, songwriter, and co-music supervisor, contributing to the scores for the acclaimed TV series "Dinosaur Train" and "Pajanimals." Additionally, Michael co-founded West Coast Songwriters in 1979 and owned Silversher Productions from 1981 to 2012. Michael also served as a composer for LA Opera from 1998 to 2011, showcasing a diverse and rich portfolio in music composition across various platforms.
