Colette Milburn MA MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various strategic HR roles. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at The Jockey Club since September 2023, Colette previously worked as a Regional HR Business Partner at Matalan from May 2016 to September 2023, and as an HR Business Partner at Santander UK between 2008 and 2016, where significant contributions included supporting business change projects and delivering HR agendas. Colette's early career included a substantial tenure at Alliance & Leicester, starting in 1994, where responsibilities ranged from coaching management on leadership skills to overseeing a team of HR Advisors. Colette holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
