Richard Steggall

Richard Steggall is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in paramedicine and emergency care. Currently serving as Operations & Events Supervisor at The Jockey Club since July 2023, Richard previously held roles including Clinical Lead Primary Care Paramedic at the UK Home Office from June 2019 to July 2023 and Forensic Paramedic at G4S from July 2016 to July 2023. Richard's earlier experience includes Clinical Supervisor and Implementation Support Officer at SWASFT, Alternate Member for the Southwest at the College of Paramedics, and Lecturer in Paramedicine and Emergency Care at Plymouth University. Richard's career began as a Paramedic (Specialist) at SWASFT from 1992 to 2012, following service with the Army Catering Corps. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Emergency Care from the University of Plymouth.
