Bethany Ritz

Bethany Ritz is an experienced communications and editorial professional currently serving as the Public Relations Manager at The Ringling since September 2023. Previously, Ritz held the position of Managing Editor at Sarasota Magazine from August 2022 to June 2023 and worked as Editor at Emergence Magazine, an initiative of the Kalliopeia Foundation, from August 2017 to November 2020. Other notable roles include Digital Editor at Global Oneness Project, Associate Director at Climate Resolve in Los Angeles, and Communications Fellow with the Los Angeles Council District 2. Additional experience includes volunteer work in communications at TreePeople and editing at the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. Ritz also served as a Board Member for BOMB Magazine. An alumnus of Columbia University, Ritz earned a BA in Creative Writing and Sustainable Development.
