Currently serving as the Vice President of Philanthropic Support at The John R. Oishei Foundation, Dr. Scott previously held the position of CEO at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas and Executive Director at Campus Auxiliary Services, Inc. Dr. Mark J. holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership & Policy, a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
